Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel orders if the product has already been shipped.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Custom/Personalized Items:
- Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.

Shipping Fees:
- If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The fee depends on the express company chosen.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), the customer does not need to bear the shipping fee.

Restocking Fee:
- No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
